After Widen’s DCS customers were successfully transitioned to Acquia’s Account Management teams, I was promoted and given a dedicated portfolio of higher value accounts to care for, each with a $40k to $100k annual subscription.

  • Meeting regularly with DAM admins and executive stakeholders to understand their industries, use cases, and desired outcomes for DAM

  • Outlining success plans, promoting new feature releases, and advising on configuration strategies to simplify their content operations

  • Facilitating product feedback sessions with customers to help advocate for their needs internally and inspire our product roadmap

  • Sending out regular surveys to hear directly from customers on how we can help boost their adoption of DAM at scale and drive more value

  • Maintaining a library of tutorial videos while collaborating with marketing on new content ideas to help increase our service delivery successes


Project Customer Success Manager

After Acquia acquired Widen Enterprises, I transitioned our DCS program into the care of Acquia’s CORE Account Management (AM) teams and joined the Project Customer Success Management (PCSM) team.

  • Served as a subject matter expert in our DAM, PIM, Portals, Project Management, and our Document Customization Tool for customers and colleagues

  • Hosted internal enablement sessions, outlined training materials, and developed presentation resources my colleagues could leverage on their calls

  • Designed programs to help boost product adoption at scale while uncovering sales opportunities for AMs to pursue

  • Continued to assist DAM and DXP customers upon request, on a temporary basis - 2 to 4 weeks

  • Outlined opportunities internally on how to leverage content, data, and customer feedback to better service customers at scale

After returning to Widen, I had the opportunity to contribute to a new service model and lead a new program for digital customer success (DCS). In this role, I was responsible for managing a higher ratio of customer accounts, 6X larger than my peers, while maintaining renewal rates above 90%.

  • Serviced 800+ customer cases via email and screen share while identifying larger trends within our portfolio

  • Inspired new self help resources and community content to better service customers at scale

  • Collaborated internally with operations to ensure we secured contract renewals

  • Regularly flagged account risks to leadership teams and upsell opportunities for sales reps to pursue

Summary: Turpen & Lewis Creative, or TLC, is a high-end digital archiving and creative services company servicing ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families ($30M+). I was recruited as a subject matter expert in DAM, marketing, and sales to design and execute their go-to-market strategy.

  • I started by identifying our position in the market place, refining our message to prospective families, and reinforcing this with content

  • I then streamlined operations by swapping out Widen’s DAM, implementing Canto’s DAM, and training internal staff on new processes

  • Next, we forged key partnerships with family offices around the country for lead generation, like the Family Office Exchange, Inc. (FOX)

  • We continued collaborating with local artists and consultants to refine our message and expand our service offerings

Summary: Widen Enterprises was a SAAS company that specialized in Digital Asset Management (DAM) for enterprise-level organizations. They’ve since been acquired by Acquia. After a year as a trusted sales advisor, I pioneered a new position as an experience coordinator. In this role, I focused on analyzing and improving internal business operations to create a better experience for our customers.

  • Researched customer journeys to identify high impact touch points to improve overall conversion rates

  • Supported sales teams by administering internal DAM demo sites while manning our website’s LiveChat functionality
